ZaydenI make it to Everleigh’s room in no time. When I open the door I’m transported back to when she woke up in the hospital when she got here. I see her curled up in the corner at the far end of the room. Her eyes are darting around like she is seeing something else. Everleigh I believe I’ve been here for a month already. The window in my room, I have come to find out, is enchanted. I can’t really go by it if it’s actually day time or not. Let alone how long I have actually been here. There are days when the light in the window seems to go down faster than others and other days it feels like it’s been sunnier longer. I’ve been driving for around six hours and the beacon in my chest is getting stronger every mile I make it so I know I am getting close. I wonder if I will have any issues getting in the territory. Everleigh I wake up to bright lights overhead. I groan as I try to move and cover my eyes with my arm. Something pulls at my arm and keeps it from coming all the way up.
