At first, Liam thought he would be able to sleep after he and his wolf got what they wanted: sleeping with Amora whom they had longed for. But, damn it, it just got worse!

Her fragrant scent woke him up again and again, even if it was the faintest. Especially when she squirmed in his arms and accidentally touched his sensitive part which might wake up like a formidable sword.

"Oh no! Don't move anymore!” he hissed amidst this madness. Because otherwise he would leave his senses and touch her after she woke up.

But thank God she complied, or at least so it seemed. After an accidental soft kick, she slept peacefully until morning.

“Ooouah!” Amora stretched her body after she woke up with her eyes still closed. Morning air burst from the room's ventilation, probably peeking all along until it finally found the right time to enter. Her beautiful face even absorbed the thick fog that usually covered up Liam's house, like the warmest and the most missed sun.

The smile on her face bloomed like a beautiful tulip flower or a lotus perched above the clear waters. The beauty that was too hard to resist.

When Liam saw that, there was no denying that he wanted her more in the morning. It was the urge of his instincts, which, unfortunately, was almost too hard for him to overcome. So, he reached out and touched her face, stroking it gently.

Like dipping a hand into frozen snow, she gasped. It almost made her heart skip a beat. When she turned around, nothing was left except her two green eyes which were very wide rounded, and her moist lips which were slightly gaping. “You… what are you doing here?” She shifted, not because she wanted to avoid him who looked like wanted to hug her all day but because she didn't want to be involved in any kind of scandal. Even though no one saw them at that time.

"Why are you here?" She turned her face around to check where they were now. Judging from the furnishings and layout, she was sure that this was not the room she had stayed in last night. "Did you come into this room and sleep with me?"

Even if it was true, she shouldn't say it obviously. It was so embarrassing for him, like being caught peeing in his pants.

It seemed like it was quite capable of slapping both him and his wolf. So, he got up and got out of the blanket in a hurry. "My job is done." And he left even though she tried to stop him.

After the door was slammed a bit hard, she pulled her knees as she sat down, hiding her lips behind them. "I didn't mean to kick him out. Is he offended?”

Outside the room, Mrs. Smith was busily preparing breakfast: a perfectly cooked steak, some raw salmon, sashimi to go with it, and champagne of the highest quality. She was proud when she saw how beautiful her masterpiece was. “Even today's plating looks so perfect!” She nodded repeatedly. “But will Miss Guest like this? Ah, I should have asked Master for the breakfast menu first. This is going to take a very long time.”

She left to do her other work. There were several parts of the house that she had not cleaned last night.

The house consisted of a main room that Liam lived in, guest rooms of about twenty, several secret rooms for pack gatherings, and an arsenal of the most advanced weapons ever seen. Its yard was large, with a golf course and other courses for shooting and archery practice, as well as horse riding. You could say his house is like a mansion built for a million different purposes.

When Mrs. Smith was about to go to the warehouse area, she found Liam coming out of Amora's room while ruffling his hair. Frowning, she approached him. "Sir, you can have breakfast now." Then she turned to the room where Amora was sleeping. “Is she awake?”

He nodded modestly.

“What food does she like? I'm afraid that today's menu doesn't suit her taste.”

"Anything," he replied carelessly. "It doesn't matter." He cleared his throat, pretended to be very cold, and then entered his room.

Mrs. Smith knocked on Amora's room after Liam went to get something. After that, he went up to go to his room, maybe to wash his face and change his clothes.

It was a very warm and refreshing morning. Maybe a shower would make him feel better. But he remembered that there was a new pack member training today. His body would surely sweat and he would need a shower for later.

When he walked into his room, the lingering of her scent ignited his nostrils. In an instant, he jumped up and inhaled it, like sniffing her neck last night. “Amora,” he moaned under his senses, drunk and wanting her. Not finding a solution, he decided to take a bath to cleanse his head and all his soul.

His wolf barked because it hated water. But he forced it by saying that she might like a man who smelt good. And it worked!

He came out wearing a dark casual suit, as dark as his aura when meeting other people. But if in front of her, he would turn into a very warm and gentle man.

"Master, please sit down!" Mrs. Smith pulled out a chair so he could sit down and have breakfast. On the other hand, Amora corrected her position, looking uncomfortable.

He didn't pay much attention to it because he didn't want her to be even more uncomfortable. After sitting down, he ate his breakfast and so did her.

Not much conversation had taken place between them until it had worried Mrs. Smith.

"What has happened?" she whispered while narrowing her eyes. "Did they fight after a burning night?" Oh, she immediately shook her head. That was too much! Even if Amora was an attractive woman, she knew how he was. He wouldn't do hot romance on the first day he brought home a woman. It must take time!

So, she came out because she felt her job in the dining room was over. While walking towards the warehouse, she met several pack members who were gathering to prepare breakfast. They were men of strong stature, tough spirits, and tough looks. Some of them had soft personalities but they had been filled with a tough reality.

Tony was among the group, looking up at Mrs. Smith. His handsome face seemed to want to say something.

One of the members, rather thin and with a long mane of black hair, turned to look at Mrs. Smith. He was one of the bodyguards who made sure Liam's house was safe without intruders. With him were four other werewolves who had the same task. Two of them were assigned to patrol that morning. "What's wrong, buddy? You can approach her if you want. Don't make it like you're hiding among us! Oh, I just remembered, you haven't told me in detail about that human. When will you tell us?"

Tony didn't say anything but when he arrived last night, several members of the pack had already heard rumors about Liam buying a woman from an auction. This was too surprising considering that he didn't say anything to them.

Since he didn't have the energy for that, he chose to approach Mrs. Smith, asking a few things. “Is Mr. Liam awake?” With a pair of handsome eyes.

“Yes, he is,” she replied. "But he's having breakfast at the moment." She peeked over his broad shoulders. “If you guys run out of food, I have some leftover side dishes this morning. I just cooked it. Oh, do you want to talk to Master?”

“That's how it is. But he looks busy.” Tony pondered while remembering the text from Candy he received this morning. He decided to find out if she did what she intended or not. "Are there any guests coming today?"

She frowned. "I don’t think so. Are there any guests coming today?” She asked back. "Because I have to cook some other dishes if that's the case."

"No," he shook his head hastily. "I don’t think so. I'm just asking."

"Why?"

He didn't answer anything and instead returned to the group to continue preparing breakfast. He told one of them to go into the kitchen and get the food that Mrs. Smith was referring to.

When one of them entered the house to go to the kitchen, he saw Liam and Amora still enjoying their breakfast. “Whoaa, what view is this? Mr. Liam who is cold and famous for his arrogance in front of women now looks very different. I can even see his warm gaze that looks like it could hollow him out. Wow, they have to see this! And that must be the human that people said he bought.” He hurried to get some food from the kitchen and returned to the back area of the house, where a big hut had been built for them to live together. There he gushed about Liam and Amora.

Meanwhile, Amora, who had finished her food, couldn't find the right topic. She wanted to apologize to him because she seemed to have kicked him out this morning. She didn't mean that. 'But he doesn't seem to want to talk to me,' she thought, drawing a one-sided conclusion.

If he had not spoken to her first, she would have remained silent for a very long time. "Did you like the food?" After taking a sip of champagne from the glass, he wiped his mouth, looking her straight in the eye. "Is there anything on the menu that you don't like?"

“Everything is delicious,” she said hurriedly. "I couldn't possibly protest after being given a place to stay and food for breakfast." She played with her fingers, now counting the time so she could find a chance to apologize to him.

"You say that as if I forced you to thank me."

His answer surprised her a little. Was he offended again? Oh, this was bad!

When she was about to speak again, suddenly he was busy with his phone because he received a call. It was from Mr. Lee and he picked it up. Before he spoke, Mr. Lee's small voice squeaked in his ears.

"Good morning, Mr. Liam!” He greeted me in the middle of his morning routine. "Did you sleep well last night?"

Mr. Lee was not into small talk on the phone. Even if they had to keep meeting to maintain a business relationship, he was never reckless and wasted too much time. That was why Liam knows there was something Mr. Lee wanted.

“Good morning, Mr. Lee!” said Liam. From the corner of her eye, Amora looked cowering after hearing that name.

He believed that she might still remember Mr. Lee even though her memories at the club were messed up after she passed out. She probably also thought that Mr. Lee would take her again to get a new master.

But Liam wasn't going to let that happen.

So, to keep her calm and not frightened, he got up to talk to Mr. Lee again. While she sat restlessly, feeling her stomach nauseous.

"Is there a problem, sir?" asks Liam, standing in the hallway of his house. The grass was green and fresh, and the fog looked much thinner than usual. He was sure it was because she arrived in this house: like a sun.

"Ah, no big deal. I just wanted to come over to offer you some stuff. We especially got them in the black market.”

Liam couldn’t accuse Mr. Lee of devising this excuse to come to his house because Mr. Lee often offered special items to him. So, from that, he accepted his intention to come by.

At eleven o'clock Mr. Lee arrived with Candy, which didn’t surprise Liam. Because of that, he had asked Amora to stay in the room and not come out at all. He was sure it would calm her down and protect her from harm.

But he didn't know that Amora was worried in her room at the moment, occasionally peeking through the opened door, seeing Candy crossing her arms over her chest and Mr. Lee who was chatty.

Amora wasn't sure if that day she could still live with Liam, in the middle of a strange house that she started to like. But she knew that he had been very good to her all this time.

“If only I had more time to stay here,” she whispered as she leaned against the wall after she finished peeking. "I will treat him well," she continued.

Shortly after she said that suddenly someone came into her room. She thought it was Mrs. Smith until she saw a pair of red hills churning across the floor. It was Candy!
