Blake stomped inside the empty guest room before closing the door behind her. To Ezra's surprise, she locked it.

He stood there quietly waiting to hear her explanation. Last time he remembered pretty well how things ended between them and he made sure not to come in her way ever again or to follow her.

Blake took in a few deep breaths before she turned to face him.

Her legs were trembling in anxiety but she tried to maintain her composure.

She shifted her weight from one foot to another while fidgeting with her fingers. Ezra decided to speak up first.

"It is rude to drag someone from the middle of their conversation," Ezra said calmly.

The she-wolf who approached him earlier was asking him out. There was a possibility that Blake might be jealous but then again, she has no feelings for him so she couldn't be jealous. She might be offended why their eyes met. She probably wants him to disappear into thin air.
