Chapter Fifty-Eight
The metal stairs creaked under our feet as we climbed them, maybe having two of us walking up them at the same time wasn't the brightest of idea's. In no time my hair began to blow in the wind as we climbed higher, maybe I should have brought a hair band of some kind. We soon take the last step and were standing on the roof, but it appeared to be only us on this roof. We walk away from the stairs slightly and look around, there isn't anywhere he could be hiding on this place!

We pull into the alliance with Richard in the back, we didn't even have to stop at the gate as it was already open. The guard at the door sends me a clap as I drove in, I guess the news of us finally catching Richard has got out. Lukas was sat beside me in the same blindfold, but the smile could still be seen on his face. "I can hear everyone's so happy that you've caught him" he smiles as I round the corner to our section, everyone still clapping as we went by. I walk into the meeting room to see Riley filling some pieces of paper out, we've just finished a case and it was his turn to do the paper work. We've been partners since we started working for the Alliance 4 years ago, but were best friends since we both arrived here around 11 years now. I walk back in after talking with Morgan, he was as shocked and worried as I was. In what feels like forever we pull up at the gates of the alliance, now that would have calmed me down to have this car ride over. But the next task was to try and sneak these two in the building, we'd be in so much trouble if we were caught.I pull the fake file Riley made up on the way here, apparently the two in the back are some very violent rouges. "Mummy!" I shout frantically looking around the empty woodland, I kept tripping on little branches from the trees that had fell, it was dark, cold and wet "mummy I'm scared, mummy where are you?!" I cry out as rustling could be heard behind me, I whip my head around nearly falling as I went."I'm not your mummy, but I'm gonna make sure you are scared" a man's voice evil sniggers behind me.I wake up in a sweat looking around my little room, that's a memory I haven't thought about in a few years. I turn to my clock to discover it's 4am, well that wasn't a long sleep. I rip the blanket from me swinging my legs to the side, maybe I needed a walk to clear my head. I grab my coat from the wardrobe and slip it on, not forgetting to grab my keycard as I went, there's been a few times I've forgotten that and have been left outside for hours!

We were soon on the road heading to Toby's pack, for right now I felt fine and wasn't missing him. But I guess I've only been away from the place 20 minutes, I wonder what it's gonna feel like after two hours. A few more hours pass until we leave Toby's pack, we found a few more little bits of evidence such as, a gun that looks like the same one Richard likes to use in his attacks, a hand drawn map showing the layout of Toby's pack and a little photo of a newborn baby, Jordan suspects it's Lukas but we can't know for sure at the moment.Once the car was packed, I wave goodbye to Jordan and the guard before starting to head back to the alliance. I leave the office and head to the lunch area, Morgan sent a message to Riley telling him to make sure Lukas doesn't throw away his cup. I was on my way now to collect it, I was hoping Riley wouldn't still be upset with me when I get there. In my opinion, he didn't really have anything to be annoyed about. Brandon only joined me because Riley was asleep, that in no way shape or form means that Riley is being replaced.Once I reach the lunch hall, the loud voices and chaos just fill my ears, this is why I never come here! It's like these people have never seen food in their lives or have been deprived of it, they need to chill! I soon lock eyes with Toby who just looks me up and down, does he seriously have to check me out every time I walk in a room?! I mean I don't do that to him....much.
