CHAPTER NINETY-THREE

Drake had flown into New York a few days ago for business, Alan sent his driver to the airport to pick him up and take him to his hotel.

Now, all the family were seated over dinner chatting happily and totally forgetting the obstacle among them.

“Ohh dear, it's been so many years since I last saw you” Ashley’s mom smiled, patting his cheek.

“Yes Aunty, I was just little when we left. How have you been?” He smiled, asking.

“I am fine my child, thank you so much for looking after Ashley when she was in Los Angeles” She smiled, thanking him.

“Aunty, it's nothing. She is like a sister to me” Drake said, feeling shy for being in the spotlight.

Even Alan’s mom thanked him immensely for taking care of Ashley, after dinner, Ashley walked to the balcony with Drake.

“I saw a new face and a little boy that looks like Alan. Who are they?” He asked, trying to quench his curiosity.

Sighing “That’s Bryer; Alan’s ex-girlfriend and the little boy is his alleged son,” Ashley said.
