Pregnant Mermaid 3- The mysterious human

The people start screaming, and in that moment, I run between the tables towards where my sister was. My jaw drops and my nails grow into sharp claws, two sharp fangs sprout from my teeth, and I sink them into the arm of the werewolf attacking my sister, screaming with strength. In that moment, his arm throws me to the other side and launches me into the air. I land on a couple of tables a few meters away and feel a deep pain in my hips.

I watch as other men transform into beasts, leaving their human forms behind. Some of them tear apart and dismember people as they run and advance among them. A hand pushes me on the shoulder and helps me to stand up. My sister, Seila, extends her hand to me, I grab it and run behind her.

"Follow me! Quickly!" we run between the tables of the restaurant and head towards the bar. My face, which had transformed into that of a mermaid ready to attack, regains its normal features.

I watch in amazement as Yryhnna, transformed into a furious mermaid, sinks her fangs into a werewolf and scratches his face, twisting his neck mercilessly until he dies. My sister runs through the crowd.

I turn my back to the crowd and slide down the stone wall, landing seated, disconnecting from the sound of everything around me. I send a telepathic message to Yryhnna.

"We're safe, hiding behind the bar in the restaurant."

Yryhnna runs towards the bar, guided by my voice. My older sister had the gift of clairaudience, she could easily hear messages from angels and the spiritual plane. It was a gift given to her by an angel, Samantha de Ageón, when Yryhnna was born as the firstborn of our parents.

"Are you both alright?" she asks, joining us behind the stone wall. Her eyes fill with tears as she holds Seila's face with one arm and me with the other.

She starts to cry softly.

"We're fine," Seila responds.

"I saw a Irish Syren," Yryhnna says. "She attacked me first, then confessed that this was an ambush, and the werewolf jumped on her."

"She's dead, the werewolf tore off her heart before she could transform into a bird."

In that moment, I remember the girls with mysterious looks and seductive faces next to me at the bar. How could I have not noticed them so much?

"Oh my God. I saw them in their human form too, they were trying to seduce a guy, probably to devour and kill him afterwards." I put my hands to my lips, and my heart jumps in my chest. I couldn't say the last words out loud.

"We have to help them," I say firmly.

Seila shakes her head in denial, and in that moment, a man screams in desperation and is thrown towards the bar. A part of his body falls in front of us, breaking the glasses and bottles hanging in front of the bar.

"We are outnumbered, Mia. The best thing we can do is call the mermaid guards to escort us home."

"Werewolves hate the sea, we can go back to the water at any time. We can't let them die," I said, with tone demanding. But deep down, I was being extremely selfish, wanting to expose my sisters to a deadly war just to save the life of a stranger. "He´s just a stranger..." I tought I might never see again. I thought to myself as I stared above the bar table looking for the sciesnt guy

"Mia, send a message to my father," Yryhnna ordered to me,

"Seila and I will save the humans and ask them to run towards the sea. We can protect them there." Seila and Yryhnna exchanged glances.

"Why am I not going?" I asked.

"Because you are the most empathetic of the three, you can feel the pain of everyone more intensely, and that will be a distraction in the fight. Plus, Seila can help me if I am needed,"  Yryhnna explained. I understood what Yryhnna meant, Seila's song was deadly. I nodded. Seila has the gift to sing until people drawns into the sea.

Wait," I grabbed my sister Seila's arm. - I saw two other Syrens, one redhead, the other with curly brown hair and brown hazel eyes"

Alright," Yryhnna said, getting up from the ground.

"There is other person" I explain to my sisters "A guy with bushy beard, and a little bald, please save him"

"No worrie sis, I will keep him safe" Answer me Seila with bright eyes. "Finally you find a guy" She answer me and disappear jumping the bar.

Yryhnna leaped over the stone wall with great agility, and Seila followed. They walked with determination, a seductive and dangerous air surrounding them. They opened their mouths, revealing sharp fangs, and their pupils dilated completely, resembling the shining and whole eyes of a fish. Seila attacked a werewolf, biting his neck and instantly digging her nails into his wolf ears. At that moment, another werewolf ran towards my sister, but a man shot him in the back. The man who saved her reached out his hand, while she remained in shock on the ground. Yryhnna had killed two werewolves and was now fighting a beast turned into a bird. I looked over the stone wall at my sister, who was once again facing a Syren. I closed my eyes, diving into the depths of the sea and sending my father the vivid and recorded image of Yryhnna in my mind, ready for battle right now. "Syren and Werewolf ambush, Help," I told him mentally. At that moment, the redheaded Syren, now with a head full of red feathers, tried to peck at my sister. I gasped at the deep and profound cut on her arm. Seeing my sister's foamy and thick blood, I jumped off the stone table and ran towards her.

Don't you dare touch my sister, you bitch," I yelled, transforming my delicate face into a furious mermaid. I mercilessly bit her neck, feeling her heart beating in my throat. Rage made me forcefully dig my nails into her eyes as I bit deeply until her blood covered my entire face. I cleaned my face, delicate and angelic, of a mermaid, as soon as I returned to my natural state. One of the men who saved Seila's life joined another. It seemed they had managed to get rid of the other werewolves with our help.

"You have been very brave," one of them said.

They were carrying silver bullets and bulletproof vests, which I recognized from the local city police officers. They had various white weapons tucked into their pants along t legs. One of them was masculine, with deep and energetic celestial blue eyes. His lips were plump and pink, curving into a smile. His smile was masculine, just like his jaw.

"My name is Edgar. We are werewolf hunters," he said, he was the one who saved Seila´s life, glancing at the man who saved my sister's life I recognized they were the guys playing tennis early in the beach. The other man was blond, with long hair falling behind his shoulders. His eyes were intensely yellow, like the sun, and he was even more attractive than Edgar.

There is another man next to Edgar, I'm not sure if he has participated in the battle, he is the interesting guy, the sciensct guy  who was been talking with me at the bar next to the Syrens. Far from appearing stunned or confused, he looks quite calm, his white blouse is now covered in bloodstains but I scan it with my eyes to notice that the blood doesn't belong to him. One part of me feels confused and scared, and wishes to return to the water, but another part wishes to approach him and ask how he is. He stares at me for a moment, and I can feel He is probably asking the same thing about me, because there is consternation on his eyes. He has probably seen how I killed the red-haired woman who was talking to him hours ago, he must be wondering if he should kill me.

"Maybe you thin we are monsters" I said loiing at him

"Not at all, now I understand why you said you are a singer" He said and I can't help but laugh sweetly.

"We are sirens from the celestial kingdom Oceania," says Yrynhna calming my concerns, as if she could hear my fears in her mind. "We are of pure blood and our marine guards are already in the sea waiting for our signal to finish you off or erase your memory, because nobody can know about our species. Humans are safe now, and the mermaids, we are deeply gratefull to you, werewolf hunters."

"I'm sorry to disappoint you, beautiful, but that won't be possible, nobody here will forget what happened. This is the second Werewolf attack on this coast this year," The blonde handsome guy regretfully reply.

"The werewolves flee from the sea, we both know that they are forbidden to reach the ocean where the moonlight touches it because they lose their power," explains the blonde man, named Edgar. "So there is something that is making them risk attacking on the coast."

"And we believe that it has to do with the irish sirens," says the scientist guy who was at the bar, speaking with burning eyes fixed on me. I feel fragile like a piece of glass about to break under his gaze, when he says the word "siren" I feel that he takes hold of me, of my secrets and my life.

"Who are you?" Seila asks in a seductive tone, staring intently at her savior.

"My name is Matias, and I won't forget you," he replies.

"Darling, I am eternally grateful to you. You have saved the life of a mermaid, the ocean always will protect you," Seila says, caressing her long, blonde hair and looking directly into his face, with her chin slightly tilted upwards as Matias is much taller. "But now I must go to the sea, and you will never forget me, but you won't remember who I am." Seila starts to sing. Instantly, I cover my ears just like Yrynhna does. "None of you will remember who we are," Seila continues singing with a melodious voice.
