Olivia's Anxiety

Olivia couldn't sleep at all. The woman had showered and had eaten dinner with Andrew earlier. Meanwhile, his lover had been asleep since two hours ago. Olivia's blue eyes were staring at the medicine bottle that was right on top of her dressing table. The woman continued to stare at the bottle for half an hour and then sighed heavily. Her mind was currently filled with Jason Lion's words this afternoon.

The man said that Olivia should not take the drug again if she wanted her memory to be fine. However, the woman had been taking the drug since 8 years ago.  Ever since she woke up to find Andrew by her side. Her boyfriend said the drug was to relieve Olivia's headache and to make her body better.

"Who exactly is that man?" Olivia muttered to herself.

The woman's cell phone is now on.  Claire's name appeared on the screen.  This afternoon, Olivia asked for Jason Lion's file, which has now officially replaced Ammy's position. The woman had been really curious about the man since the last time Jason had advised against taking his meds.

Olivia's blue eyes were now staring at Jason Lion's photo and the man's bio that Claire had sent him. The man was quite handsome with dazzling gray eyes. The nose is sharp with a firm jaw. His skin was slightly tanned just like Claire's. The best part about Jason is his gray eyes which Olivia finds absolutely stunning.

Olivia now shook her head and averted her gaze. "There's no way I like a man like that. Andrew is much more handsome. Yes. Andrew is much more handsome," Olivia mumbled before finally sliding her phone screen slightly and reading Jason's work experience at the bottom of the file that Claire sent.

Olivia's eyes were now on the name Gold Corp. The name of the company seemed familiar to her. "Isn't this a subsidiary of David Gray? That means, this man is the man's errand," Olivia said. The woman immediately searched the internet about David Gray's company to further confirm her own memory. And sure enough, Gold Corp is a subsidiary of David Gray which is engaged in the housing sector which is quite successful.

Although Olivia works for Andrew in almost the same field as David Gray.  Housing area. However, Andrew's company is more concerned with the interior and all the designs of the houses for sale. Meanwhile, Gold Corp. is a subsidiary of David Gray who sells luxury homes at fantastic prices. Olivia had been asked several times to help design some of the houses that would be offered to the city's wealthy.

The woman had now closed her phone and turned angry. "It turns out I was right. All this has to do with David Gray. That man is David's spy," Olivia mumbled calmly.  However, the woman still felt uneasy in herself. If Jason really was David's errand boy, what did the old man expect of him? Olivia has never had an affair with any man or has ambitions to snatch anything. So, what did Jason really want?

"Are you awake?" asked Andrew, who had turned on the light. Little surprised Olivia who was still on the dressing chair and staring at the mirror in front of her alone.

The woman immediately got up from the chair and reached for her cellphone which was on the table. "Did I wake you up?"  asked Olivia who was now approaching the bed occupied by Andrew. The man shook his head and stretched his tired body.

"Looks like I woke up alone. What are you doing there? Is your head hurting again?"  asked Andrew who had given his lover a worried look. Olivia shook her head in response.

"I woke up because I went to the bathroom earlier. And I made sure I still had enough make-up. You know, I always forget the make-up stock that I use," Olivia replied.  Andrew smiled softly.

"I will soon find the best doctor to help you recover. It seems your head is still not completely healed even though 8 years have passed since the accident," Andrew said calmly.

"Talking of the accident, did I really lose my memory because of the accident?"  Olivia asked. Andrew was a little surprised to hear Olivia's question but the man finally nodded slowly.

"Looks like I have to go back to sleep. You know I get tired very easily," said Andrew, who suddenly stretched his body and immediately went back to sleep on the bed.  The man pulled the blanket to cover his whole body and slept with his back to Olivia who was still staring at him.

Olivia was still silent and her mind kept asking. Whenever the woman asked how Olivia had an accident, Andrew would choose to simply answer or divert the discussion. And it didn't just happen once but happened for 8 years. And that was the reason why Olivia wasn't interested in asking anymore. Because she wasn't going to get the answer she wanted from Andrew.

The blue-eyed woman only knew that she was 17 years old being cared for by Andrew's family after a terrible accident that happened to her and her family. Even Olivia doesn't know if any of her family members are still alive today or not?  Because no one will answer the question.

Olivia sighed and climbed onto the bed.  She left her thoughts on Jason Lion and many questions about herself unanswered.  Olivia had to go to bed soon. Because tomorrow, she has to go back to work like today.

Before closing completely, the woman leaned closer to Andrew, who was now sound asleep. The woman brought her lips close to her lover's ear. "Sleep well and sweet dreams," Olivia said quietly, almost muttering. And don't forget to give a soft kiss to Andrew who is now sleeping.

After that she had pulled the blanket close to her body and fell asleep. Ten minutes later Andrew opened his eyes again and turned his body to face Olivia.

The man's green eyes stared at his sleeping lover. And now a little guilt haunts him. "I'm sorry," said Andrew. The man turned his gaze to the ceiling and had already decided to go back to sleep.
