Disoriented, I opened my eyes to stare at a beautiful chandelier hanging above the ceiling. How long was I out? I remembered screaming in pain and the voice of my Aunt angry and vengeful. Even the pained expression on Alpha Brad's face. My hand searched for my stomach feeling the bandage around me, I was stabbed by a silver blade. A shocking revelation when my Aunt tried to kill me, I felt the pain in my heart more than the pain coming from my wound. I am thankful for my genes that I was able to endure and here I am still alive.
