Now, it was the next day. Luke had woken up early and was getting ready for his appointment with the doctor whom Gabriel had recommended.

Luke lived alone in his mansion. His house help consisted of fewer than 5 people despite the size of the mansion. He simply doesn't like having a lot of untrustworthy people around. He has been living alone ever since he reached adulthood. And taking over his father’s company was an added advantage to his lifestyle. He worked hard and spent hard.

Luke looked at the mirror and a proud smile spread across his face. Despite his busy schedule, he managed to maintain a good body. He worked out regularly and had a great built which could make the ladies go weak on the knees. That is what one of the girls he spent nights with told him.

Luke finished getting dressed and walked downstairs to the dining hall. The breakfast was all ready and set on the table for him. His employees maintained a good track record of time. Because he hates people who are not punctual and waste the time of themselves and others.

He ate breakfast in silence while going through his phone. And soon left the house. His driver was already waiting for him outside. It did not take much time for him to get into the car and drive towards the hospital. His car driver was one of his most trusted people. Even if he was quite old, he worked for Luke since he was a little boy.

After a 15 minutes drive, the car halted at the hospital. Luke exited the car and walked inside. He particularly came in early to the hospital so that he would not run into anyone that he knew personally or professionally.

Luke walked up to the receptionist and said, “I have got an appointment with Dr. Dylan.”

The receptionist smiled at him which he completely ignored. She was not the first woman to do it and normally he would have taken advantage of it in other circumstances. But not now. “Yes, sir. Wait a minute.” She made a quick phone call and after that let him into the doctor’s office.

“Good morning, Mr. Sawyer,” the doctor greeted.

“Morning, doctor,” Luke said and took a seat. He was nervous for a reason. Firstly, he hated hospitals and secondly, the reason for his visit was a new kind.

“So, after you made your symptoms clear, I think you should take a few tests before we can begin the treatment,” Doctor made the analysis based on the symptoms.

Luke nodded his head in agreement, “Sure, any test is fine.”

“Okay, then. I will have it arranged soon,” Dr. Dylan spoke to the nurse in a low tone and she guided Luke to take the tests.

As he entered an empty room, he turned to the nurse with a confused look. She handed him two tubes and said, “Sir, this tube is for urine and the other is for your semen.”

Luke raised his brows at her words. For a moment, he wondered if he had heard her right.

“Excuse me?”

“Yes, sir. What is it?” the nurse asked.

“Did you just say…semen?”

She nodded her head, “Yes, sir. Your semen will also be tested. Please make it quick.” With that, she walked out of the room to give him some privacy.

Luke simply stood at the center of the room, absolutely dazed, “A semen test? And what? Make it quick? How am I supposed to get hard on my own and have a release?” he hissed in anger. Nevertheless, he walked to the restroom and tried to do the job that was assigned to him.

It did not take him much time for the urine but the semen, it did give him a little trouble. He looked up his phone for some porn videos and tried to take care of the business. But it did not help for some reason. Luke closed his eyes and tried to imagine some sexy girl. To his surprise and shock, the girl from yesterday appeared in his mind. He imagined her silhouette. She was fairly tall and had a pretty face. She was fine overall but had a bad temper. Her jeans and top complimented her long legs and other assets. Luke let his imagination take over him. Within a few minutes he was able to fill the entire tube much to his surprise. Because, usually, he was able to control his flow and he would last for much more time.

When he opened his eyes, Luke could not believe that he just had a release because that girl with whom he argued over a coffee and also she was arrogant enough to show him the middle finger. Yesterday, he had brushed it off. But now, it was getting on his nerves for some reason.

Luke sighed, walking out of the room. The nurse who had instructed him about the tests was busy chatting with the receptionist. He felt a sudden embarrassment crossing over. He was supposed to walk up to them and hand over his urine and semen to the nurse.

Luke closed his eyes, cursing himself, his friend, Gabriel for sending him to an all ladies nurses' hospital and the doctor and the nurse and the universe. He heard the nurse and the receptionist giggling, and he opened his eyes and walked up to them.

Luke cleared his throat to get their attention. It is not like he needed one. He was sure that the two ladies had been discussing him after the nurse came out of the room after instructing him about the tests. The nurse had filled in about his expression and embarrassment about the semen tests.

“Here,” he handed over the tubes to the nurse and he was about to walk away. But the nurse called for him, “Sir, I will call you once the tests are done.” She informed him and Luke simply nodded his head and walked away. He could not take any more embarrassment. He knew very well that the nurse and the receptionist were talking about him. He did not need to use his genius brain to notice how the ladies took glances at his crotch when he walked out of the room with completely filled tubes.

As angry as he was, he speedily walked to his car and smashed his hand onto the seat next to him. The driver was startled at first but then Luke told him to drive towards the office. It was not the time for him to feel anger or embarrassment. He needed to take care of his health and he had to do whatever the doctor tells him to. It was for his own good.

Luke dug himself into work to forget about the embarrassment that he felt this morning at the hospital. After he arrived at the workplace, he attended meetings continuously and then settled in his office busying himself with other work.

The knock on his office door caught his attention, “Come in,” Luke said without looking up from the file that he was looking at for the past hour.

“How was your doctor’s appointment?” Luke cringed at Gabriel’s voice. He hissed, “Can you not come inside first and then speak.”

“Is that a new rule in your company?” Gabriel asked, taking a seat on the couch far from Luke’s table.

Gabriel Moretti was undoubtedly a handsome and charming man. He also happens to be born into an old money family. So, working and earning was the least of things he was bothered to do. Being born into an American mother and Italian father, he was a different kind of hybrid child. He and Luke had been best friends since their births. But there are some times when Luke cannot tolerate him. Gabriel was not bothered much about his parents’ business because he was an only child. And in no way that his parents would hand it over to someone that is not Gabriel.

“Yes. Specifically for you,” Luke gritted his teeth about Gabriel’s question and the answer to that.

“Oh, man. You are becoming more and more insane by the passing days,” Gabriel said, smirking at his best friend’s behavior. And Luke knew that he was being on the edge but he could not help it either.

Luke got off his seat and went to the couch. He sat down sighing and leaning back his head. He had overworked quite well and his tiredness was starting to show.

“What happened? Did you not meet the doctor?” Gabriel asked Luke.

“I met the doctor and he said that I have to go through some tests before going further into the treatment,”

“Are you worried about the results? Don’t be. It will all be fine. Even if there is any problem, you can get it treated,” Gabriel said with genuine concern. They are best friends, best mates, Luke knows that Gabrield cannot afford to see his best friend going through pain. And Luke neither.

“It is not the results,” Luke muttered in a low tone.

“Then what is it?” Gabriel asked with curiosity.

“I had to give a urine sample and semen,” Gabriel did not need any more explanation from Luke. He burst out laughing loudly making Luke shoot him death glares.

“Let me guess further, the nurse must have given you strange looks or probably shot glances at your big dick,” Gabriel winked at Luke who was showing more and more irritation.

“Nurse... Along with the receptionist,” Luke said and went back to his table and opened the file that he was looking into before Gabriel came.

“I am not in the mood to offer you drinks. See yourself out,” Luke said without taking his eyes off of the file. He was already embarrassed enough, he did not need anymore. Especially from his best friend.

Gabriel tried his best to not peel off another laughter from his mouth, “That is all okay. You carry on. Your secretary will be in the mood to offer me drinks. I will have it with her.”

Luke sighed when he heard the door close. He shook his head and got back to work. He did not want to think about that incident ever again.

The Hudson couple, Lily and Ruby went inside the hospital. The hospital was pretty crowded at this hour. But with the connections Lily had here, they were able to go through the doctor, and then they were sent to the ward where Ruby would be getting inseminated by Mr. Hudson’s semen.

Ruby went inside the ward while the others waited outside. Mr. and Mrs. Hudson was equally nervous as Ruby was. Only for different reasons. A nurse came into the ward and she did not spare a single second. She filled the syringe and directly injected it into Ruby swiftly. She left the room immediately.

After a few minutes, Ruby went out of the ward and gave a warm smile to Mr. and Mrs. Hudson. Later while leaving, Lily informed Ruby that she will have to come to the hospital after 2 weeks to get a pregnancy test. And she was supposed to not stress over anything and take good care of herself. Ruby agreed to it and they all parted in their own ways.

As Ruby walked away, she began thinking about her decision. She had already signed a contract to be a surrogate mother and even got inseminated. There was no going back now. She was going to become a mother in two weeks, a surrogate mother. Her life had already changed significantly and was going to change vastly after the pregnancy test.
