"Are you old enough to buy a gun?"

The old gray-haired man looked doubtfully at the two youths who had appeared in his store once it opened. Even though the redhead looked older and had her official ID, it seemed strange to him that two boys would want to buy a gun that wasn't for hunting.

"Of course, and we have money… if that's what you're worried about."

Oliver stopped paying attention to the conversation, admiring all kinds of weapons and instruments to hunt animals or whatever they were used for. He was creeped out by that place despite having heat in the area; he did not like guns. Oliver had been threatened countless times with one, but he could not think of any other way to defend himself from Mr. Craig and his guards. He had to leave fear behind and be able to shoot like the hooded gentleman from the night before.

"Oliver, let's go. We have what we need."
