My Lycan all of a sudden pushes forward ‘MATE!!’ She all but screams in my head. I have no idea how long I have been here now, I haven't eaten or drank anything and if I am honest I feel extremely weak.

I almost feel as though I have imagined it, she had been quiet for days, only one word answers. I guess she is as weak as I am. They stopped coming a few days ago after they had attempted to take my power once again.

I had to laugh when they tried to take my blood, my body refused to bleed for them. I feel my Lycan coming forward again, ‘Mate!’ she says in a whisper this time. Is the hunger and starvation getting to her as well?

I haven't seen Nyx since the day she told me her mother was going to give her my powers, of course she never believed me when I laughed at her and asked if she really did believe her.

I hear the rattle of keys before the big old iron door creaks open. Four robed what I can only assume is females enter the dungeon and make their way towards me.
