Zachary stretched his arms listening to the security feed from Moon Dance. It was the usual stuff and boring enough to make him want to join Trevor in dreamland. The storm brewing outside wasn’t helping his cause to stay awake either.

He looked over at his friend and shook his head. Trevor had gotten himself mixed up with a really weird bunch this time. Usually it was go in, find the bad guy, ‘fix’ the situation, and then move on to the next assignment.

“You always were a pain in the ass,” Zachary said fondly to Trevor’s sleeping form.

Zachary and Trevor had been two of the first recruits for P.I.T. and it had taken them a while to gain the level of friendship they had. At first they’d been at each other’s throats. Trevor had physically attacked him in almost every animal form there was and he’d singed Trevor’s hair more than once.
