"She is MINE "

The wedding has been finished avoiding procrastination. The guests are excusing themselves after congratulating them on their happy marriage. Most of the guests look so satisfied with the wedding since it was wholesome seeing the bride and groom in beautiful collaboration. As f they are lovebirds who will never let their hands go.

Charlotte is standing clutching her dress a little tightly. From the crowd, She can see her husband who is looking charming and classy with his gorgeous expensive suit. It would be a lie if she denies that he did captivate her so badly. His soft expression with no ruthlessness and his deep voice with a distinct flirt can shake her wounded heart which needs to heal.

" He is handsome. Sadly, he won't be able to make you happy, I feel sorry for you, Sister!" Charlotte comes around from her thought when Rachel whispers mockingly. She sounds envious yet in a tone of mock.

" But It's fine. Control him. He has nothing but a crippled man who doesn't have anything. His parents may have -'

Rachel touches her face when the slap lands on her face soundly. Her face is filled with Anger, her hostility raged uncontrollably.

" How dare you!!" She shouts making everyone look at them.

" I am fine with you seducing my fiance and stealing him but you have no right to say a single bad thing about my husband now. Rachel! You are my little sister. Behave properly.." She calmly spoke, but her hostile voice is akin to losing ice on the surface. She can barely able to forget how much her family hurt her. Now she hates to be maneuvered anymore.

" What's going on here? Charlotte! Did you forget that it's your wedding? Everyone is still here!" Her Mom discreetly rushes towards them. Rachel fakely wails and hugs her Mom.

" Mom! Sister hates me and rejected to come back to our wedding. I know Brian loves me but not her. So she hates that!"

The guests start gossiping about Charlotte thinking she may have someone else but married the Young Master of Rodriguez. When the situation is seemingly getting too much for Charlotte who is being looked down on and falsely accused by her sister. Someone's eyes sharpen.

Edward who has been listening to them, signals his assistant to take him on the stage.

As he reaches the stage, He greets everyone with a sharp falsetto voice. " Good evening, Everyone!"

Everyone as well as Charlotte's attention shifts to Edward who has not much emotion on his face. Surprisingly, She finds his cold and treacherous voice can captivate her heart.

" Since the wedding is done. The girl in front of me is my wife. I respect her and I want everyone to respect her. I think you don't want to offend the Mistress of Rodriguez on her most important day. If you say some nonsense against my wife and create rumors. I will see you in court in a respective way. She is mine. I don't want anyone, even her family offend her. Remember. She is MINE!"

Everyone's face turns pale. No matter what, This man is harder to deal with than anyone in Rodriguez's family. It will be stupidity if they mess with him. The guests immediately excuse themselves at the precise moment. Charlotte's parents look a little scared, They immediately pursue Rachel to apologize but.

" Ugh! My stomach hurts. Mom. I am dying!"

she groans clenching her tummy. Her parents can't let anyone know about her pregnancy before marriage.

" Please! Excuse us. She is sick. We need to take her home. Charlotte! Forgive your sister. She is naive and a kid. Don't mind her words. Honey. Let's go. !". Her Mom leaves immediately seeing the situation can take different ways.

Edward sighs straightening his back. He is sure that he hated when he noticed Charlotte's pale expression earlier. Now, When he feels there has someone who has been staring at him, His waving gaze swept over the person.

It's Charlotte who is staring at him profoundly. She looks dazzling and beautiful, her eyes are filled with tears, and beaming happiness can be seen in her eyes.

He slowly wheels his chair towards her, Charlotte snaps out seeing him coming down. She lifts her dress a little and walks towards him.

" Are you okay?" He says whispering. Charlotte nods slightly blushing. This person in front of her shakes her entire world in their first meeting. She wants to move on to her new life with this man.

In the meantime, Edward smiles proudly. Knowing that she is blushing. She doesn't despise him for being crippled. She respects him and accepted him the way he is. To him, She is like an enthusiastically admirable star who is shining independently.

" We think, We should leave now, Boss. Elder Master has arrived at home!"

Edward nods. When their wedding was done, His Mom had to excuse herself to go to the airport to receive his father who has surgery. So, They need to go back as soon as possible.

Charlotte flushes when he kisses her back palm. She nods while touching her face shyly.

Edward smiles seeing how adorable and cutely she is reacting to every touch of his.

' So finally someone can make Young Master smile after a long time. Has Boss moved on from his past? I wish he did. '- Jay Parker, Edward's assistant who has been working for him for five years, thinks seeing how happy and perfect the newlywed couple look together.

Rachel throws the vase on the floor angrily. She shouts at her parents who are confusedly looking at her.

" Dad! You did it for your daughter. Didn't you? Why did you let her marry such a Rich family? She is higher than me now. She looks down on me right after she gets married. I deserve that family. Why did you tell me to go to that Brian instead of them?"

She outbursts in rage. She can't accept that she doesn't have any power like Charlotte has now. She can see how Charlotte was being dotted by that crippled man.

" Daughter! It was for your good. That guy is crippled. He doesn't have anything. How can we let you marry someone like him? Also, You love Brian right?" Mrs Milestones sweetly is trying to calm her down. But Rachel growls at her.

" So What? It's okay to marry him. He has money and most importantly, I can divorce as soon as I get what I want. But now I have to spend my life in disgrace. Seeing her spending millions of dollars on her dress. Did you see her wedding dress? We have ordered it for our wedding. Now I have to cancel the order. How can I wear the same dress as she wore today?"

She shouts breaking everything in the room. Her parents look worried about her health.

" We are sorry. We thought you loved Brian. Now sweetheart. Let's calm down okay? You are pregnant. You should take care of yourself.."

They try to convince but she doesn't want to hear..However, the Three of them become silent when a servant informs them that Brian is here to meet Rachel.

Rachel immediately wipes her face, applying some lipstick, She Opens the door elegantly.

" Hi. Love!" Brian holds a bouquet of tulips in front of her, with a great smile.

" Brian!! I missed you. Why didn't you call me first before coming here!" Her expression drastically changes into a Shy and cute expression. The brain gives a kiss on her lips and says.." I miss you too. that's why I am here. Also, I think I need to meet Charlotte.."

Rachel's face turns red with fury. Her face twisted in anger but keeps her composure.

" Why? Why do you need to meet sister?"

" Rachel! Let our son-in-law come inside first. Silly girl!"

Mrs. Milestones speaks holding a tray of coffee and snacks.

" Oh Yes! Please come inside. "

Rachel ushers him inside. Brian sits down on the couch accompanied by Rachel who is slowly sitting.

" I can't wait to marry you, Rachel. Our baby needs a family soon!" Brian says gently stroking her tummy.

" I know. We should get married?" Rachel smiles half-heartedly. She hates the fact that Brian is less rich than her sister's in-laws.

" Anyway! Auntie! Can I meet Charlotte? I think I owe her an apology. No matter what we were supposed to get married. She might be mad at me"

" NO. YOU CAN'T!!!" Rachel shouts suddenly. Her face drastically changes into a pale comprehension.

" What's wrong? Why can't I?" Brian raises one of his eyebrows. Rachel gulps her saliva down and looks at him nervously.

" I mean. Sister knows about us. She forgave us and she got married..!" She explained. She can't let Brian meet Charlotte. The Charlotte, Brian knows is opposite from her appearance and behavior. If Brian finds out about it, Brian would hate Rachel and will want to break up with her.

" She got married? Why didn't you let me know? At least I would have sent her a gift as an apology. "

Mrs Milestones stands up leaving the couple alone. Brian shyly smiles, touching her thighs lightly.

" It's gonna be my first night in your house. I want to make sure more thrilled.."

Rachel smirks kissing him. But She is feeling more proud that her sister won't be able to have a wedding night like she is going to have.
