Two hours ago.

Edward was in a meeting with his directors and other clients to solve the problem ASAP. However, the corner of his heart constantly stinging with silent pain. Even the employees were obvious to notice his uneasiness.

“ Boss! Are you okay?" Joy said in a low tone. Edward's legs were shaking which was obvious to his nervousness out of nowhere.

“ I am fine," Edward said and concentrated on the files until everyone's attention went to the door when it opened.

Edward's eyes also followed the sound of the door opening and his eyebrows knitted with confusion when a familiar figure entered the meeting room.

“ Boss. Ms. Shayne Smith will attend the meeting as our client! She is now the chairwoman of BLK corporate!"

His secretary informed ushering Shayne on her way to her seat.

Watching everyone's expression change into shock drastically, a smirk played on her lips.

“ Hi! I am Shayne Smith. Who just bought the BLK corporate? Although my company has small contribution to this h
