The following day, the house that has never been lively was filled with a joyous mood. Joylin and Jackson had come over early in the morning and she and Lily were busy in the kitchen preparing brunch.

“I feel like the world has become a completely different place. I thought that there is always something good in every person, but as it turns out, some people are just born evil and that will never change.” Joylin said as she looked at Lily, feeling sorry for her for all the pain she had endured over the years.

Although it has only been a few hours since they met, the two women had already connected and now, they talking like long time friends.

“Yeah. When you try to see the good in people, you will always be the one getting hurt. If I had known that my son and daughter will go through so much under that woman’s evil hands, I would have come out a long time ago.”
