"What? Blood Moon Twins legend?" Jasper asked. "Well, that's a new one on me. I don't know anything about that story. So there is a legend, and only your mother knows?"

I nodded. "It was just a story. I didn't believe it either at the time, but one of the descriptions in the story shows me that the myth is true. I was born a lycan, and it's possible that Jacob was one, too. Like in the story, we were born twins under the blood moon."
