Amelia's POV
My return back to New York was a peaceful one. The customers and neighbours back in Spain felt a bit bad when I announced my leave to them.
"Visit us again."
The woman who visited the house during our first visit hugged myself and Pamela severally, asking the poor girl to take care of me.
We landed in New York late afternoon, I beeped Ethan to come pick us up and take us to the house. I was still mad at him for the statement he made over the phone months ago.
Still, I acted like nothing was wrong.
