Chapter 30: Kidnapped

Katerina's head felt heavy the moment she woke up. Slowly, she opened her eyes and frowned when she realized that the ceiling was a different color. It looks like she was staring at a simple house ceiling, different from the ceiling of her room in Damon's mansion.

She got up and looked out the open window. The salty wind greeted her face plus the sounds of waves indicated she was on a beach house right now. Katerina quickly ran outside and scanned the whole place. She was right, she was on a beach but the cruel part is it was an island out of nowhere!

Only the ocean could be seen from where she is right now and the only island was where she was standing. This can't be! Was she being kidnapped? Trying to reminisce about what happened before she passed out, she remembered seeing Damon before she closed her eyes.
