Hardin’s POV

I could feel the weight lifting off my shoulders as I stood outside the hospital with my men. Freda couldn't make it because of a last-minute errand, leaving me curious about what she was up to. My driver had already turned the car around, and as I got in, a sense of relief washed over me.

As we drove away from the hospital, I let out another sigh, grateful for the progress I had made. It had been a challenging two weeks since I woke up from my coma, but finally being strong enough to go home brought me immense joy. The thought of leaving the confines of the hospital lifted my spirits, I was more than ready to break free from the monotony of being in one place for so long.

My mind wandered to Freda, the pillar of support by my side through it all. I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of gratitude for her unwavering presence in my life. She had been my rock, my constant source of strength during the toughest times, and I cherished her more than words could express.
