Athena cried for the loss of her parents and love of her life Gabriel. She couldn't believe that Steve went this far to get rid of her parents just because she had refused to get married to him. This fueled her pain to flee. Her parents had put her happiness first before their lives and she was going to die if she allowed that to go to waste.

She was going to get away from this place or she was going to die trying. Luckily since she has been locked up here, they hadn't come to check up on her. She had overheard the news from a maid who was talking to a fellow worker, about their boss disappearance.

According to them, Mr Steve had gone on a flight to Spain which was supposed to last two weeks.
