Joshua's pov:

She laid down beside me putting her head on my shoulder. "You didn't do anything they did this because you hurted their male ego." I told her softly.

"So they should have taken their revenge from me." she spat gritting her teeth.

"No, it would have hurted me hundred time more than it is hurting now. I can't see you in pain bellisima." I told her honestly.

"Same I can't see you in pain." she said caressing my arm softly.

I nodded at her. "But I will make them pay for sure." she said clenching her fists tightly.

I took her fist in my hand and caressed it softly with my thumb. "You don't have to." I told her.

"Do you want to eat something or do you want anything?" She asked me changing the topic.

"No, I just want to lay here with you." I said and shifted her more closer to me and closed my eyes. I enjoyed this peaceful moment with her and don't know when drifted to sleep.
