The following night was too troubled for Lillian who spent the whole day with a strange feeling of anguish, so she spent the whole day not taking her eyes off the twins thinking that something was about to happen to them. Adam tried in different ways to reassure her but her nervousness in a way also affected him.

It was two o'clock in the morning and the two of them were the only ones still awake, Adam had to go to work in a few hours but he couldn't fall asleep, next to him in bed, Lillian was still restless.

"Where are you going? "Adam asked when he noticed her getting up from the bed for the tenth time in an hour.

"I'll check if the boys are breathing. "She said putting on the slippers.
