WHY do you seem pale, Edmingard?" From eating, Edmin looked up at her daddy. She moved her eyes to his father and mother. Concern can be seen on the parents' faces. She forced a smile. She wasn't living in her parents' house anymore. It's been almost a month.

"I'm just tired from the amount of things I'm taking care of." Silence passed again. Only the sound of cutlery could be heard. Once again it was Edmin's daddy who broke it.

"Did someone come between you and Zachriel, Edmingard?" Edmin almost choked. He drank a lot of water.

"What kind of question is that, Dad?" Remembering Zachriel, a sadness passed through his chest, although only for a moment.

"He came with you and Charm for a few days. You said it was at your beach house with Mignus at

Zambales. He never came back. I can't think of any other reason, well, aside from the fact that that's the only day he told us to stay here. I don't suspect him badly. He was a good man after all." Her father smiled.
