Me? Falling for her? Well, that is the biggest lie I have ever heard today. I’ll bet my position in our company. She will be the first to fall in love with me. Even the best programmer in town can’t reconfigure my heart and install updates of me falling in love again with another girl.

“Hey, Pol Andrew, where is Sunny? Are you already done talking?” my mom asked and they are all looking at me waiting for my answer. It is like a million dollar question, and my answer depends if we ccan ge the one million dollar or we’ll go home crying for we didn’t win anything.

“Hi. Sorry I went to the powder room. Oh, uhm, we have something important to say. Or us rather.” she said getting everybody’s attention.

“So, we have decided to agree with the said arranged marriage since both of the families will benefit from it. But, I have some conditions for this to push through. Is it okay to discuss it here?” she said confidently.

“Sure. We are ready to listen, darling.” mommy said, while the twins just keep on eating their food. Well, food is life for them.

“It is just a simple condition. I don’t want anyone outside our family to know that we are to get married this weekend and after. If someone finds out about it, then I have no choice but to cancel it. The reason why I don’t want is because I don’t want to complicate things and the situation. Well, I am still a student and it is not a good reputation for the students and teachers to know about me getting married or got married. And besides, I am the president of the school body so it is really not a good example at all. And in the business world, it will be easier for him to get prospects and close deals if he is still single. So, is it okay with you, mom, dad, and to my future parents?” she said and I was in awe after she finished her little speech.

“Deal. We will do what you want us to do, and you two will do the same thing. We don’t want to hear any bad news about you two. Not even a single scandal that can affect our family should not be committed by any of you, or you both will suffer.” my dad said, and I know that he is serious.

“Yes, dad. We will never taint our family name.” is the only answer that I can give them. Because, i am afraid to give any answer.

The dinner went well and the twins easily get a long with Sunny. I guess they have the same thinking - childish. Should I start fearing this girl for I think she will start to have an ally with the twins to get even with me if I do something that will disappoint or make her mad?!

“Why am I even thinking about it?”

“What is it that you are thinking about son?” my dad asked in confusion.

‘Shit! Did I say it out loud? Fck!’

“Ahhh. He is thinking about what to do after the wedding. If we will go on honeymoon in Maldives, or we will stay at the new house and design it on our own liking. You know, we want to be independent couple who wants to decide everything on our own without anyone telling us what to do.” she said in a respectful manner but I know that she wants to tell our parents not to meddle with whatever decision we will have.

She’s naughty but she’s bright. She have tricks under her sleeve but it will benefit you and everyone.

“Hyung, what’s with the look? I don’t know if you are happy or what.” Keith asked me as he get inside the room. We are both studying Programming because we both love this.

“Nothing. Just lack of sleep, dude. Do you have the papers that we need to submit?”

“I messaged you hyung. I told you that we don’t need to pass it now. We will be having our class at the computer lab and we will be joining the fourth year students’ class. They say that there is one student from this class ranks number one in the departmental exam.” Junkyu said.

“Is it a girl or a boy?”

“A girl they say. I forgot the name of the girl. Wait, let me ask one of our classmate here.” he said and approach the girl in front of her.

“Yah, gorgeous, what is the name of that girl again? The one who tops during the departmental exam?” he asked. Flirty as always. That is why I never believe hen he say that there is only girl that he loves and will marry.

“Ah, her name is S-” the girl wasn’t able to give the answer we wanted as the professor get in. This is the first time that we will be attending a combined class since we are already in our Masterals.

Does destiny hate me that much? After having an arrange marriage with weird and naughty girl, now she becomes my classmate.

“She’s that girl. The genius one.” the girl sitting beside Keith said.

“She? That weird looking girl? Is a genius?” I asked in disbelief.

“She’s pretty and she really looks so brainy.”

“For you everyone is pretty even if they look like trash. Mr. Playboy.”

“I am not a playboy hyung. I only know how to appreciate beauty. And I told you, there is only one girl that I am inlove with, and she will be the one I’m gonna marry and she will be the mother of my kids.” he said like he’s declaring his love for the girl.

“Yeah, whatever you said Mr. Playboy.” teasing him, and his forehead creased, an indication he is getting mad. Hahaha.

“Nyeh nyeh nyeh. Whatever, Little CEO.” he said and I was about to answer back when the professor starts talking discussing the flow of our lecture for today.

“I will choose four students who will participate at the DLSU Programming contest. Whoever wins will be the schools representative for the regional, where you will be competing with schools around the country. And I based them on their performance academically. So the names that I will be mentioning will stay after class for I still need to talk to you.”

“I think that girl will be part of our team, and you too.” Keith said and I pushed him a little since his face is almost close to my face. Like he is about to kiss me.

“Are you gay? Move.”

“Bridgette Gomez. Keith Francisco. Pol Andrew Sanchez. And Sunny Cortez. The rest you may leave. The four students please stay.”

“I can’t believe it. We will be part of the competition.” Keith said excitedly. Well, this is what he wanted, even before. Just like me, his parents are also against him taking up Computer Programming back when we were still in college. And now, he is fulfilling that dream, sadly with me.

“Wow. We will be working with two of the highest scorer during the departmental exam. I’m sure this will be a win-win situation.”

“Ha? Win-win in what aspect? What do you think of this business? Right now we are students taking up Masterals for Computer Programming okay? We are in a university not in our offices. So, behave or I will throw you out of this university.” I told him but he just laugh at me.

“As if you can. With your height? Oh come- OUCH!”he almost scream because I hit his head.

“Good job. We are able to get their attention.” I said as we approach our professor.

“So, they are Sunny and Bridgette. They top the departmental exam for computer programmers, and also they won at the last Computer Programming camp held in Davao.” the professor introduce them to us.

“Hi. I’m Sunny.” she said extending her hand and acting as if she doesn’t know me at all.

“I’m Bridgette.” the other girl said and wave her hand.

“I’m Keith, and he is Pol Jan. We are taking up Masterals for Computer Programming. I hope we can win this contest.”

“Ofcourse, we can. Only if you two will listen to us. Or her. She is the best here.” Bridgette.

“No need to mention B. They might think we are boasting our achievements to them. Don’t worry we got your back. We will never blame you two if ever we didn’t win.” she said.

“Oh. You are so humble. Sunny? Sunny right?”

“Yes. Sunny. Warm. Bright. Hot. So we’ll leave now. We still need to study. Bye.” she said and wave their hands as they walk away from me and Keith.

“Wow! They are so humble. They are the type of girls that I want to marry.”

“Just shut up, Keith. Geez.” and I leave running behind me.

“Bro, are you on your monthly period again? Let’s go to Justin hyung cafe, I’ll treat you.” he said as he try to catch with me as I run to the elevator.
