Same Feeling

He said okay and hung up the call. Then I remembered I forgot to ask about whether mom is having twins or triplets this time. They will be back home, then I can ask. I thought to myself and went to them.

I walked to my room, where everyone else was waiting for me.

"Where did you go?" the princess inquired.

"No where, just to call mom and dad," I answered.

      "Where are they?" My baby sister questioned me.

"They are coming back on their way," I replied.

They said okay, and then we started playing. After a game, I told them,

"I have to study; you guys continue it. Adeep and Aadhav, you both also have to study. Take your books and join me."

"Ok, give us a minute," they said, and they went out of the room to get their books. Ishaan, Jagat, Princess, and my baby sister are looking angrily at me.

       "Now, what happened to you all? What's that look?" I questioned them.

       "You are not playing. Why are you stopping them?" Ishaan questioned me.

"Because we trio had an exam tomorrow; for that, they have to study," I replied in my strict voice. They understood that they couldn't question me again and shut their mouths. They both came back with books, and we all sat there. We have seen Ishaan, and everyone is packing up their things.

"What you are doing?" I questioned them.

"Nothing, going from here to one of our rooms," Ishaan replied.

      "Why?" I questioned him back.

"You three are studying, so if we play here, it will be a disturbance to you all," he replied hesitantly.

"Did we say that you would disturb us?" I questioned them. They shook their heads.

      "Then? You don't need to go anywhere. Stay here and play. You won't disturb us," I said, and they nodded their heads and sat back to play, and we three concentrated on our studies.

      "Oh, all are here?" We heard the voice of Chachi and lifted our heads.

    

     "Oh, you are back?" Jagat asked her, and she nodded yes.

      "Where is mom?" I asked her.

      "They went to freshen up. I am also going; I just wanted to check what everyone is doing," she said.

"Ok, we will be there in 30 minutes," Adeep said, and we all nodded our heads, saying we agreed with him.

"Ok then, let me freshen up," she said, and then I questioned,

     "When will chachu come back?" 

"Maybe in 30 minutes," she answered and went to freshen up. Again, we were all immersed in our work. After 45 minutes, we completed our studies and then went to the living room. Everyone is sitting there with a smile on their faces.

      "Hello mom and dad, How's your health? What doctor said?" I questioned her.

"Everything is fine; baby was also doing well," she replied back with a smile.

"This time, are we having triplets or twins?" I questioned her, hoping for a good answer.

"No, this time we are not having triplets or twins. In fact, this time I am going to have an easy pregnancy," she answered.

      "What do you mean?" I questioned her.

"I mean, this time we are having a single baby," she said, heaving a sigh of relief.

"Mom, what do you mean by easy pregnancy this time? Are you saying ours is a hard one?" Aadhav questioned her, and I gave him an angry glare, to which he lowered his head.

"I mean that because carrying triplets is really hard. Mood swings and carvings at different times are too much for your time. More than me, your dad had a real hard time. I used to have vomiting for 5 months, whatever I ate. After you three, these two were twins at that time too. I faced these, but compared to you, it's a little less. Now I am single, and this time I am not having that many mood swings or carvings. "In fact, I'm not interested in eating anything," mom responded.

"Di, it means this kid won't eat much after being born either," Chachi said.

"Maybe yes or maybe no; let's see what happens. Whatever it is, we have to go through it," mom replied.

"We are there to handle her," I said.

       "Her?" Everyone was questioned in unison.

"Yes, my heart was saying it's "her. "I had the same feeling when Princess and Baby Sister were born," I said, and they nodded by saying,

      "Let's see."
