Rosalynn’s POV.

"Marie, should we call the police?"

There was no cash in my purse, but most importantly, I had my passport and ID so we could board a plane back to Las Vegas. However, before I could panic about being robbed, Liam had already chased after the robber.

I anxiously waited for the two men to return, while Marie calmly sipped her coffee as if nothing significant had happened.

Setting her cup down on the table, she shrugged and smiled at me, "Don't worry. Liam knows his way around this city very well. He'll handle it just fine. With the recent surge in street robberies, the police must already be informed."
