HAZEL'S POV;

I spent the next few minutes staring down at my hands. I felt stronger than ever. Smiling, I let my claws jut out before letting it go back in.

Squealing in delight, I fell back flat on the bed and smiled.

A knock sounded on the door. I sat up immediately and stood to my feet. Twisting the knob, the door opened.

Onyx stood there. I was taken aback but I let him in anyway.

He looked really dull and like he needed a hug but I stepped back and maintained my position, my hand behind my back.

"You're well, aren't you?" He asked when he stopped in the middle of the room and looked around.

"Yes, I am," I replied with a nod.

He said nothing for the next few moments. He busied himself with checking the window to be sure the locks were intact. I stood there, watching him with slight surprise. Why was he doing all these?

"What's going on?" I finally asked.
