Dennis came to consciousness and once his eyes fluttered opened, he was surprised to see himself at the hospital. His mind trailed back to what happened hours ago. A bigger car seemed to have hit their car making it stumble.
He sighted Orviille as he walked in all of a sudden.
"Boss," he called.
"Where is..." Orville paused. "How is your health?"
"I'm getting better, sir," Dennis answered, he wondered what Orviille wanted to ask initially.
"I can't find Flora. Was she not inside the car with you when the accident happened?" He asked.
"She was, sir. You mean she's not brought to the hospital or ..." Dennis asked attempting standing up from the bed.
"Just lay," Orville said but Dennis understood the efficacy of the situation so he adjusted into a sitting position still.
"Those who took you from the cab said they found only you inside the cab," Orville said.
