I wake up from my sleep on the couch to a noise that sounds like murmuring outside the front door. “That’s weird.” I say while glancing at the clock on the front screen of my phone. I see a message from Nikolai and as silly as it sounds I instantly feel my body heat up. After almost 20 hours of being on the plane I’m about as restless as one can possibly be. I tried accessing my work documents on my laptops but Kelsey and Chloe seem to have already locked the files in order to keep me out of them.
