After two days of feeling unwell, I finally began to recover. Although my body still felt a bit weak, I was relieved that I was no longer irritable and short-tempered like I was during my illness.I had a lot of work to do, but at least I could face the day with a clearer mind.As I trudged to my walk-in wardrobe, I heard a knock on the door. I paused, wondering who could be visiting me so early in the morning.Without waiting for my response, Liam entered my room without permission. Liam's POV I drove to Alice's house after she left the house in anger. I was equally mad that she wasn't saying anything to me about the bruise on her wrist. She ignored everything I said, avoiding the topic. I called Simone and told him to meet me at Alice's house. I drove into her house and parked.  Alice's POV After I left the car in anger and also spoke with one of my father's men, I kept walking till I got tired. I was mad at myself for being vulnerable in front of Liam. For fucks, sake. I'm supposed to be strong. Tired of walking, I looked around and my eyes caught a man coming down from his car. He looked like a banker which made me roll my eyes. He had his hair gelled to the back and it seemed as though he just got the car. I walked to him, his back was facing me and that gave me the advantage to catch him unaware.  I pulled out a gun I had taken from Silver before I started wandering off. I grabbed the man from the collar of his shirt and placed my gun on his temple. "Your car keys. Now!" I said in his ears.  I thought he was gonna struggle with me, but cooperated and gave me his keys. 

Liam's POVI watched in satisfaction as the snakes attacked Alice's father in different areas of his body.His screaming was music to my ears. It didn't even take long for him to give up the ghost. Liam's POV When we walked in I saw the smile on her face brighten up she looked so happy and said, "I think this is the best date I've been on." Simone winked at me after her statement and I couldn't help but smile. Four men were on their knees with their hands tied to their backs. Alice made her way in and walked toward the window of the room where the snakes were kept. She stared in awe as she looked at the time. I paid the owner of the snakes again just to be able to use them today. Guards stood behind the men that were kneeling on the floor blindfolded. I walked towards the men and spoke. "These men gang-raped a thirteen-year-old girl and killed her parents after they found out about the rape," I explained. "That is so disgusting!" Alice said. Before any of us could register what was about to happen, she pulled out her knife and slammed it into one of the men's thighs. The man screamed out in pain. That would definitely hurt.
