She stared at his message in disbelief. There was only one possibility she could think of.

Her eyes lit in realization as she slightly understood the situation.

Wirtucon Corporation was the top property company in the country. No word about the development project got out until it was reported through the news.

However, that only applied to outsiders.

Austin was the vice president of Dominion Properties.

Although it was insignificant compared to Wirtucon Properties, it was still one of the leading property companies in the city.

Hence, it was reasonable for him to gain such information before it was released.

At that moment, the regretful Derek sighed. "Nancy, you should've persuaded me last night."

Nancy looked at him, baffled.

Before she could say anything, Urma pointed at her furiously. "It's all because of you, you brat! If only you'd persuaded us more earnestly last night, we would've bought the house! And we would've had enoug
