Tyler sat in his luxurious car due to the traffic jam on the road, puffing at his cigar and staring out of the car tinted windows. Tyler laughed and took joy in the pains of his victims when they cry and shout for help. He once again had his way with Anna , this time more ruthless and rough. She was left bleeding after the act and he drifted off to sleep. Anna looked weakly at him and could only sigh. She was so tired and needed to see a doctor. Soon enough , Tyler came back with a doctor and had him check her out.
