"Have you heard the news?" the lady asked the other lady sitting across from her in the cafeteria.

"What, are you getting married again?" the other teased, causing the first lady to roll her eyes.

"Sevan Holdings is going to be shut down," the first lady finally said.

As I sat there, I couldn't help but eavesdrop on their conversation. Sevan Holdings... what were they talking about?

I pulled out my phone and quickly searched for more information. Finally, I found it. Sevan Holdings had declared bankruptcy and was being forced to shut down. It was an investment company located in the heart of New York. How had I never heard of them before?
