Shirley and Marcus's night

"Hi Carmen, How are you doing?"

She asked energetically. I kept quiet, anger was rising so much within me that I felt like insulting her. I swallowed hard and then replied.

"Shirley, what's up with you? It's been a while, you know."

"Yes darling. I've been really busy. Will come over to see you soon, probably tomorrow, okay?"

"Don't worry, Shirley. I'm unavailable. Will talk to you later" I ended the call, and sighed.

"She's so shameless. What a devil!" I said and went to the fridge to get a soft drink. I could have insulted her but held on the instructions from the anonymous person who sent the video.

By the way, Shirley was with Marcus, Carmen's boyfriend. They both didn't know she's now aware of their atrocity. Shirley was trying to get closer to Carmen so she doesn't suspect anything and was actually instructed by Marcus to call at that time.

"She sounds strange. Maybe she knows about us." Shirley said to him

"No Shirley, I know Carmen. She would freak off if she kn
