He's known to be the most handsome creature to ever exist but his ruthlessness and wickedness exceeds his beauty.

He's also rumoured to hate Females and see mates  as a burden or weakness to their partners.

So therefore what's his motive for attending this festival. I pray and hope that this man doesn't create trouble for us, Alpha Robert says  worriedly.

There's no need to panic Alpha, we haven't offended or trespassed his territory so I believe he's not here to trouble us. 

But rather, I heard from the other beta's at the annual meeting that  he's searching for his mate now. So I think he's coming here to attend the mating festival and nothing else , said Beta Cole.

If so then let me inform my Luna to make preparation for his coming and please make sure to go and prepare the pack warriors for any emergency.

Beta Cole leaves to perform his task as the Alpha mindlink his Luna to inform her what they discussed.

Darling please make sure to prepare well for the arrival of the Demon . And also inform all the newly shifted females and unmated ones to be mentally prepared.

Because the Demon is s eventually searching for his mate and that he suspects that she's in our pack.

I don't want anything to go wrong as we can't afford to offend him, he told her. Rest assured darling, I make sure everything is in place and also in order.

The Alpha cuts the mindlink and go back to his work as the Luna goes round the pack house to supervise and inspect everything that's going on.

Adelaide slumps down tiredly after finishing with her chores. She's feels sore all over her body after working 10 hours.

I massages my legs and rest for a while. I prepares to leave for the house when i hear the Luna mention my name.

I turn back, greet and respond before looking down to avoid eye contact with the Luna.

You know that a very important person will be visiting the pack and so therefore I would like you to vanish from the pack house.

I don't want your pathetic and weak presence to disgust our VIP. So make sure that you don't appear before him or else you will face dire consequences, Luna Doreen informs her.

I nod timidly as Luna Doreen excuses herself to attend other important issues pertaining  to the upcoming event.

I skip home happily after hearing that I'm not supposed to attend the festival. I thank the moon goddess for answering my prayers.

As she knows in my heart that i really don't want to meet the Demon. Rumors have it that he's very ruthless and wicked but also very handsome.

But all the same ,i don't want to meet him and I'm grateful my prayers have been answered.

But what I didn't know was that the man whom I didn't want to meet has already seen and marked me as his forever.

Oh God, I really need a sumptuous supper, a cold bath and a very long and refreshing sleep and that's exactly what I will do when I get home.

After reaching home safely, I enjoy my supper and take a cold bath. But my wolf Amira nags me for a run so I cancel my sleeping plans and shift into my wolf.  

She speeds up as soon as we enter the woods. We play around in the woods for some minutes before going to my favorite lake side to rest.

Adelaide I think our mate is very near, she tells me. I keep quiet and smile to my self. I really can't wait for my mate to find me. 

We make our way to my house as soon as the skies start getting dark. I shift back to my human form at the back of a big tree beside  my house and wear the clothes I hid there.

As I get closer to my house, I see the figure of someone standing there but I don't who specifically it is so I go forward to check.

As I go forward, the figure becomes clear and to my surprise, it's the figure of a thick and tall man.

From what I could see, the man is heavily built and also will be very strong so my instincts tells me to escape but my wolf says otherwise.

I listen to my instincts and try to escape but the voice of the man makes me stop dead in track.

Where are you going Mi amore , he ask huskily.  I start to shiver as my mind gets overpowered with fear.

He walks closer and stand in front of me. Why is your head down and also why are you shivering, he asked me.

Sor Sorry, ah ah I'm not shivering, I answer shakily. The man infront of me screams strength and power.

Look into my eyes and answer me, he commands. I still look down and start crying. I don't know why but the moment she shouted on me , my heart struck painfully.

Don't cry little one, he pulls me into his embrace as he pats my head and my tears intensify because this is the first time someone has consoled me instead of bullying me.

I cry till I lose all my energy and black out but before I faint, my wolf  calls the mysterious man Mate
