Leon woke up in the middle of the night feeling a painful sensation in his heart, as if an invisible hand was squeezing his heart.

He sat in the bed of the inn when cold, looked at his hands trembling and could not understand the reason for it.

He did not remember having any nightmare, but the overwhelming sensation in his chest persisted without rest.

He looked around at the dimly lit room, weeks had passed since his arrival at the inn, still hoping to track down the man who had information about Thomas.

He had traveled and would return within a few days.

His father was unreachable, living in a fortress, tried to infiltrate in various ways. But without any success, the man lived enclosed in his fortress.

His son had a life of debauchery, and he had the information they needed, and if he did not know of his father’s shady dealings, they would find a way into the fortress.

Thomas could be there, trapped.

I only had one certainty. Thomas was alive.
