Chapter Twenty Nine

Roxie quickly showered and thew up her long hair in a messy bun. She got dressed rather quickly. She selected a black halter style dress. She slid into a pair of black tights with a spiderweb design and matched that with a pair of her black mary jane dress shoes. She put on her dark leather jacket, and applied a light layer of eyeshadow and some mascara. When she was pleased with the look, she headed downstairs. Avilene was leaning against the wall at the main landing. Avilene was dressed differently than what Roxie was used to. Avilene was sporting a midnight blue semi formal mini dress. It was rather flowy. She wore a dark cardigan over it, a dark pair of pantyhose covered her long legs, and a pair of calve high stiletto boots covered her feet.
