Sofia's POV.

His eyes for the first time really scared me. I was never one to be scared or afraid of anything at all but the look on his eyes was frightening.

The moon goddess made him my mate but for the first time, I truly believe that she made a mistake in mating us in the first place. If he hadn't rejected me;we would be together acting like a couple.

We would be sitting in the same place, laying down on the same bed and even having sexual intercourse. I wasn't elated at first when I found out about his rejection but now I was.

Imagine if he had marked me;that meant that he might have the opportunity to take over my pack. I thank the moon goddess that he was foolish and didn't have the initiative to pull off such intentions.

“Sofia or whatever you are called, it would be better for you to leave while you do because this would be my last warning to you." He uttered emotionlessly.
