CHAPTER 50

As Kelvin and Olivia raced through the darkened streets, their hearts pounded with a mixture of fear and determination. With each passing moment, the weight of their situation bore down on them like a crushing weight.

"We need to find a place to lay low," Kelvin panted, his breath coming in ragged gasps as they ducked into an alleyway. "Somewhere they won't think to look for us."

Olivia nodded in agreement, her eyes scanning their surroundings for any sign of danger. "There's an abandoned warehouse a few blocks from here," she suggested, her voice low with urgency. "We could hide out there until we figure out our next move."

With no other options available to them, Kelvin and Olivia made their way through the winding streets, their senses on high alert for any sign of pursuit.
