Through the years, Lauren's grandmother visited the basement every day. It is one place she was never allowed to visit because, according to her grandmother, a supernatural being lived there. One day, her grandmother instructed her to light the candles in the basement, and when she arrived there, she came face to face with the horrifying creature, a cursed werewolf named Alex that had been exiled in the dark for many years. Lauren's life will never be the same again after meeting Alex. She has no idea that falling in love with him comes with a heavy price.
