Chapter Hundred And Ninety

ELIAS' POV.

Three days, and I hadn't gotten a word from the tracker. Each day, I had waited patiently for him to give me news concerning Sylvia, but I hadn't seen him at all. He seemed to have vanished completely.

Dialing his number, and texting him proved futile, and I began to have an uneasy feeling.

On the third night however, I tried to get news about the tracker through people I knew he had some connections with.

“We haven't seen him in like three days. We thought he was busy. He doesn't take calls, and read messages. Naturally, he's not that way. We only thought his work made him that way. So, if it's not work, then…what could it be?” An elderly man informed me.

“He doesn't act this way?”

“Never. He checks on me every morning. I'm starting to think he's missing. Please, don't try to assume maybe he went off somewhere or something. I think you should try searching for him, before something bad happens to him.”
