I slowly became conscious when I realized I was not in Aislling’s hospital room. I may not have the sense of smell as wolves and lycan; I wasn’t smelling the unsettling scent of disinfectant and blood. Everything smelt like Tiernan. I sat up with an arm wrapped around my bump. I looked around the room, and I was right. I am back in our room. I have no idea how I got back here. I slide to the edge of the bed and swing my legs over. I grab some clothes and head for the shower. The hot water feels fantastic on my skin. I growl and fling the pair of shorts across the room.
