Symphony was settling in nicely in the Village, Pawfoot. She had been there almost a week and had made quite a few friends in that short amount of time. She knew she should keep moving but everyone had been so nice, and she had been helping out the owner of the inn in exchange for board and food. Symphony sat in silence for a few moments. Taking in everything that Alexander had told her. She didn’t know how to respond to him. When Symphony came to, she heard voices coming from some where in the distance. She heard what sounded like two voices, she thought one sounded familiar, but she couldn’t be sure, they seemed to be arguing about something, but even with her wolf hearing she couldn’t make out what they were saying.She unfortunately couldn’t make out where she was either, she only knew that it was dark, damp, and cold. ~Fast forward 10 months~Alexander was starting to lose his patience. It had been ten long months since Symphony had disappeared. Damion told him that the spell that was cloaking her scent should have worn off by now but they were still not able to locate her. It had been about a week since Alexander received Symphony’s message and he had not heard anything since. The frustration was growing between Damion, Gavin and himself. He wanted to find her more than anything else at this point. He was tired of the dead ends that they were coming upon. He wasn’t sure how much more she could take of whatever it was she was being put through. He knew she was strong but even she had her breaking point. They had gotten a few hits on possible locations that she was being held at but they ended up being duds. After a day of the guards searching the areas that had popped up they found one that looked promising. They called Alexander, Gavin, and Damion with the news. The men met the guards at the location and looked around. Alexander and Damion almost instantly smelled Symphony’s power here, it was very faint, but it was there. The men looked at each other with small smiles, they finally found her.They needed a plan as they couldn’t just waltz in like they owned the place; Symphony could get killed that way. Alexander told Damion to call his witch friend and have them cloaked so they wouldn’t be scented. Next, he had Gavin round up a handful of guards and look for any alternative exits that they needed to be aware of and if there were any have guards stationed near them, he didn’t want anyone escaping. As the days went on Symphony showed improvement, it was still slow, but she was getting better day by day. She had finally been allowed to get up and move and wasn’t confined to her bed anymore so that was a big plus for her. Alexander barely left her side except at night when he tried to get information out of Fiona, who still wasn’t talking. Damion tried to find out what he could using his network of informants but was finding out much on his end either. He had gone home once Symphony was on the mend and promised to keep his ears open for any new information that came his way.
