You must never take this necklace off. No matter what happens promise me to never take it off.'
A woman in her early thirties shook the childs shoulder hard as if it will make the child's not to foget her words. The woman was crying as she repeatedly whispered those words over and again while hugging the child.
'You alone should survive. You deserve to.'
As the woman finished her words she pushed the child hard making the child stumble back and in an instant a loud explosion occured where the woman was standing and made the child flew far away because of the impact.
Seolurrie woke up and immediately sat up while grasping her chest.
Pant, pant.
She was panting heavily. After a moment she gradually calmed down.
'A dream. That dream again. I've been dreaming about the same thing for the past few days now. That didn't even happen to me.'
Seolurrie got off from her bed and headed to the bathroom inside her unusually large room while murmuring to herself.
"I should stop reading nightmarish books for a while. Its making me have nightmares."
She brushed her teeth and took a bath. She was wearing her clothes only to stop briefly.
'Have I been even reading those kinds of books?'
She shook her head to dismiss the thought. She looked at the wallclock and saw that it's time for Zara to arrive. And sure enough before she could even turn around the door on her room sprang open.
"Good morning, my dear. Your quiet early today."
She smiled and walked over to Seolurrie. Zara made her sit infront of the mirror so she could brush hair.
"Nery will come later with your breakfast, she will also take your laundry."
Seolurrie smiled at Zara at the mirror, but deep inside her she was smiling saddly.
'Whe will I be able to go outside?'
She wanted to ask that to Zara but chose not to. She still remember the enraged Zara when she first asked that. She was scared of the angry Zara. Of course that was the first and last time she ask that. She doesn't want to see that side of Zara ever again.
'I felt traumatized until now when I think about it.'
As soon as Xara finished brushing Seolurrie's hair she spoke in a soft voice but Seolurrie caught a slight threatening sound behind it.
"Make sure to always follow my requests. Especially the one I always tell you not to do."
Zara saw herself out after giving Seolurrie a kiss on both of her cheeks.
Seolurrie didn't bother ask what did Zara mean on what she said earlier because she clearly know what she meant. It is to never go outside of this walls.
She still remember the times when Zara told her those. When she was still a child Zara always told her not to go outside because there are monsters out there. When she was a teenager she was told that a lot of bad people were after her so she musn't go outside ever.
Seolurrie often asks Zara why there are bad people after her but Zara always silently shrug. And after sometime she grew tired longing for an answer on that particular thing and never bothered to ask ever again. She realized that the question she really wanted to be answered were never meant to be answered at all.
She sighed and stood up from the chair and roam around her room that resembles a library. She picked a book from one of the shelves and sat by the window couch. She stared outside. There was a painting covering the view but because of the theme of the painting it feels like she's looking at a realistic view.
The painting was a sight of nature with different kinds of trees and a lake in the distance can be spotted. She lowered her gaze in her book and started to read.
A couple of hours passed, Seolurrie didn't notice the time because she is so engrossed on her book if not only for her stomach rumbling she wouldn't have stopped reading.
'Why is Nery still not here?'
Seolurrie thought to herself and glanced at the wallclock it stated that it was already eleven o'clock in the morning.
'Could it be because she forgot about it?'
Seolurrie was confused why Nery was still not in yet. She started thinking of the possible reasons, but she could not find one.
First, because Nery never skipped coming into her room. Second, Nery was never late. And third, Nery was a very resposible woman.
'Then what could be the reason?'
Seolurrie tried to get up from the couch only to fall to her butt. The ground began shaking terribly that the books on the bookshelves fell to the floor. She started to get dizzy, but before she completely lost her consciousness she heard a loud shattering of glass and a loud explosion and some rumbling.

Seolurrie grabbed her head as she tried to sit up. Only to hiss from the pain on her hand. She looked at her hand and saw some glass shreds penetrated there. She looked around the room even when her head was still aching and her vision still blurry.
Her room was a clomplete mess books scattered on the floor, the windows are shattered and a part of her wall has a huge hole in it. She stared at the hole in her wall for a moment, not moving an inch and then she came to her senses. She quickly stood up and walked rather fast to the hole on her wall. She stopped only a few meters away. One thought kept repeating in her mind.
'Can I finally go outside? Am I be able to see the outside world?'
She hesitantly walked closer to the hole that is big enough for a medium size tree to fit. She was breathing heavily while anticipation can be seen in her dark blue eyes.
When she finally stepped passed the big hole she felt like her heart fell to her stomach. The scenery that she saw was a completely different sight she was expecting to see.
"W-what? W-what is t-this? What i-is h-happening?"Seolurrie fell to her knees after seeing what unfold in front of her. Her eyes was trembling and then her whole body began trembling because of the shock and the shivers that ran down her spine. She saw people fighting with creatures. She how the peoples blood splattered on the ground when the creatures swung their claws or their weapons making their enemy's flesh rip open. As the clock ticked, mountains of corpses pilled in the battlefield and the gushing of blood from the peoples wounds and from the dead bodies dyed the battlefield red. When she finally calmed her self down. She immediately ran back inside her room and tried to get something that can be used as a weapon. When she looked up she saw some rusty old swords hanging as a decoration, although it looked more of a garbage than a decoration. She climbed on one of the bookshelves near the hanging swords and tried to pull one from the big and thick
After Seolurrie told her story Jina looked down. Jina chuckled her shoulders are shaking. Seolurrie was confused why Jina was laughing but her eyes widen when she saw a tear dropped from eyes to her hands resting in he lap. Seolurrie immediately tried to console Jina.“Are you okay? Why are you crying all of a sudden.”Jina raised her head and said to her with sad eyes and a smile on her face.“If it was still the old times I would have think that your story was a joke. But now, it’s different. Those monsters are real.”“What do you mean.”“There are monsters in here. The gates, the people fighting, the monsters. They are all real.”And that is when it occurred to her what Jina meant by ‘they are real’. The monsters that attacked her world was also attacking this world. She suddenly thought why was she here.“Can you… tell me more about the gates and monste
As soon as the monsters entered her range she began swinging her blade swiftly but with great strength. She evaded the monsters attack while bring them down one by one. She kept cutting them, but the more she cuts them the more they grew in great numbers.‘I remember hearing a doctor saying the hunters are on their way. It’s already been ten minutes yet they’re still not here. If I hadn’t chose to hold the monsters every person in this floor would have died already. Maybe not just in this floor but the floor above and below would have also been greatly affected.’She knew that the decision she made was the wise choice. She was getting surrounded by the knight monsters and she knows that it will be dangerous if she get more surrounded. As she swung the sword into the knight that is trying to cut her arm holding the sword, she didn’t notice that her left side was open and the monsters saw that opening. One of the knight monsters swung
The battle ended at the exact time as it started yesterday. The hunters and Seolurrie helped all the people who got endured and transferred all the patients to the nearest hospital. She saw other people wearing black suits arranging a lot of things like casualty payments, funeral for the people who died. They all looked good at their work but you can see a lot of emotions in their faces. Some tried to hide, but failed and some didn’t bother to hide their emotions at all. She breath a sigh and remembered Jina. She quickly looked around to find her, but a tons of people were swarming in front of her, behind, and on her left and right. She looked hard and finally saw Jina in the far corner of the parking lot in front of the hospital. When she was going to run to her, she was stopped by a hand on her shoulder. It’s the healer. The healer introduced itself yesterday as Sasha.“Where are you going? We will return to the Organization now. You s
Mr. Ambrose, Jina and Urrie walked away from the crowd and headed towards the elevator.“The evaluation room is in the second floor. While we are heading there I will explain the things you need to know about a hunter and what does a hunter do, but you must already know what a hunter’s job is, right?”“I have quite the idea.”“Then allow me to explain. A hunter is a job where you fight monsters. It is either inside a gate or outside. I’m guessing you know what I mean by inside and outside?”“Yes, if it is a blue gate, hunters fight inside. While hunters fight outside if the gate is red.”“Correct. And now I will tell you all about hunters.”They arrived at the right floor. They exited the elevator while Mr. Ambrose was still explaining.“A hunter has five classification. A healer, tanker, fighter, assassin, and a mage type hunter. Surely, you know what

“The President left his office and is heading here, Sir.”Mr. Ambrose hummed briefly and nodded his head.“I asked for his permission to use the five-rate evaluation room. The President must be curious on who’s the person being evaluated. I guess he was watching via CCTV cameras.”Mr. Ambrose then looked at Urrie.“Your lucky. Its just an evaluation, but you get to meet the President of the Hunter’s Organization.”Seolurrie smiled but she wasn’t sure if she is really lucky to meet the President of the organization or not. She’s conscious that the President might not like her. Or maybe the President is the arrogant type or the strict type of person.“Mr. Ambrose.”All of the people in the evaluation room turned their heads at the direction where the deep voice came from.By the door, there stood a tall and masculine man wearing a suit, that for the first tim
“When the Hunter’s Organization was still new. I installed cameras with magical energy, thousands of them. Actually up until now I’m still going around placing cameras to widen my vision. In disguise, of course.”“Do you expect me to believe that? Installing thousands of cameras?”“Well, it is definitely hard for a normal person. But for a hunter? It’s a piece of cake.”Seolurrie was silent while the President was smiling smugly at her, proud of his work. When Seolurrie didn’t speak the Organization President decided to boast his job more.“I call it ‘Godly Eyes’. Well, it might be Demonly Eyes for the hunters though. Their every move was being watched. As of now the radius of the Godly eyes is two hundred-fifty square kilometer.”‘Two hundred-fifty?!’Seolurrie didn’t believe what she heard, but the President’s face was serious, so sh
