Ella sat back on the seat as though the breath had been knocked out of her lungs. Tracy’s words sounded like they were proof that she was the biggest fool in the world.

“Yes. The agent has been very active in marketing so occupancy rate has been at 95% all along. Most times it has been at 100,” Tracy continued.
