They run to the car and get in, the sergeant was nowhere to be seen, they try looking around the car but he is gone, maybe hiding but they do not see him at all.

Lincoln arrives at his house and decides to drop off Mary and Davis, he is in a hurry to go and meet with the sergeant but he doesn't want Mary to know anything about it yet.
