Helsey's Pov

"Let's go, Helsey," My aunt said.

Aunt and I boarding the plane The feeling of being sad devoured me. I'm leaving my hometown.

I was leaving for the best and not making myself selfish, but it was for the sake of my pregnancy. I don't want to hear anything from Brandon that could possibly hurt me.

I only want his apology, but it was too late since he was now getting married; it was too late to let him know I was carrying his child.

Everything was planned; it was his mother's plan. I knew it from the start, but I didn't expect this to happen to us.

He was too weak to fight for me and for the sake of this child in my womb. I'll be leaving for the best.

As we sat in the airline seat, I was gladly sitting in the porthole, and the plane started to takeoff.

The lights of the City doubted my decision to leave.

Tears start trickling down my cheeks. I'll probably miss those moments as a City girl.

I secretly wipe my tears as my Aunt clears her throat. I put a smile on my lips and f
