Chapter Eight

Los Altos Hills, California, a beautiful cityscape with an alluring view; is home to not just the high and mighty families of the United States of America but also to dangerous men such as Andrew Tate aka Wolf. He runs the streets of Los Altos Hills and dominates the darkest hours of the night, even bringing this darkness into daylight.

Amanda stood in front of the most feared man in California, her legs shaking beneath her. Her body was soaked in her sweat. He was roasting her with his core male chauvinistic attributes and gangsterism.

"I demand an answer, Amanda! Why did you hold back from carrying out my orders"? He asked coercively.

" I _____I_____her so_____" She could not say anything coherently; panic was choking her.

Wolf pounded his palm on the desk and yelled out vehemently "Answer me, bitch"! Before she rushed to speak, shaking visibly from fear and anxiety.

"I____was bothered about the child's health… he is ill."

She twisted her fingers while she struggled to address him.
