The entry of Samata into the land of Dodo was a scary one for the people as they began to run Helter skelter. The dragon obeyed the command given him by Samata and began to rain down fire on the roofs of the homes of the people of Dodo. Amanda the maid whom Akiza slept with and became sick had hid in one of the rooms where the maids were allowed to stay and while she sat there she kept shivering for she could not understand what happened; why Akiza was dying, and she hid there for two days without food or water. It was late at night when Amanda was heading to the well in the palace to fetch some water with a bucket. Suddenly someone came to her front and stood there.
