Arabella's POV

"Do you think he knows Nick is looking for me?"

"I can't say, Arabella. He might have…"

"I need to go," I stated firmly, "I can't afford to waste any time."

Gary nodded, his gaze filled with unwavering support. "I understand, Arabella. But please, be cautious. Alpha Nick is a powerful figure."

"Yes, I will be careful. Will you follow me, please? I don't know his room…"

"Of course, let's go," Gary said and peeped out to see Nick wasn't there.

With a deep breath, I gathered myself and walked out with him.

As Gary and I made our way through the dimly lit hallways of what seemed like a luxurious hotel, I trembled internally not knowing what to expect or who to see.

Each step felt heavy with anticipation, the weight of the impending meeting pressing upon me.

Finally, we reached the door of Alpha Asher's room. Gary paused, placing a reassuring hand on my shoulder. "Remember, Arabella, stay safe and steer clear of any trouble."

I nodded, grateful for his guidance and advice
